The 13th IEEE International Conference on Electronics, Computing and Communication Technologies brings together 18 tracks across 7 focus areas — from open-source silicon to 6G networks to interoperable robotics.
2026's theme asked whether systems could be trusted. 2027 asks how they should be built: openly, so components from different vendors and research groups interoperate; and with enough headroom to scale to real-world demand. Across all 18 tracks, AI and machine learning appear where they belong — as an enabling ingredient inside the engineering problem, not as the headline.
Every track is mapped to a governing IEEE society, with its own topics of interest and review home.
